From August 26 to September 1, 40 Polimi students participated in a Summer Camp organized by Xi’an Jiaotong University.

The students, from the programs of Engineering of Computing Systems, Mechanical, Materials and Nanotechnology, Electrical, Civil and Environmental Engineering and the program of Architecture, were accompanied by professors in the same fields of Politecnico.

The Summer Camp program, very intense, included an educational part and a cultural experience. Students visited enterprises (Huawei, Geely Auto manufacturing base,…), laboratories, research centres and attended classes held by XJTU professors.

At the same time they had the opportunity to explore Xi’an city centre, visit the Terracotta Warriors, spend a day trekking on the Huashan mountains, participate in a tea ceremony, attend a musical show and enjoy the local food.
