2022 HANSR Roundtable

4-6 November, on-site and online workshop

The fifht Roundtable organized by the Heritage Alliance of the New Silk Road (HANSR) is a hybrid event hosted on-site and online by the School of Sciences and Humanities of Nazarbayev University, Kazaksthan.

The Roundtable, entitled “Heritage: Mobility and migration, past and present”, will focus on the tensions that exist between population movement and stasis for building and maintaining tangible and intangible cultural heritage. 

The Heritage Alliance of the New Silk Road (HANSR) is a university alliance including: University of Liverpool, Xi’an Jiaotong University, Nazarbayev University, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, University of New South Wales, Bauman Moscow State Technical University, State University at New York Buffalo, Washington University in St. Louis and Politecnico di Milano.
